A simple retreat for people who want space.
Not a luxury event.
Not a packed schedule.
Not “transform-your-life-in-3-days” hype.
Just a small group of humans in a peaceful home, doing yoga in the mornings, writing in the middle of the day, meditating and resting in the late afternoons, and switching the phone off more than usual.
If that sounds like your idea of heaven, you’re in the right place.
This is a retreat I’m holding as a personal passion project — something gentle for myself, my little family, and anyone who needs a breather.
No big brand. No fancy retreat centre.
Just a beautiful, large and comfortable house near the centre of Chiang Mai, a bunch of yoga mats, some fruit on the table, and a group of people who want three days of quiet.
Wednesday Feb 4th to Saturday Feb 7th, 2026

A Note From Me
My name is Michael Hetherington. I’m an Aussie who has been travelling and living in Chiang Mai for many years.
This little retreat is something I’m doing out of love — for myself, for my newborn son, for my wife, and for anyone who feels like they’ve been carrying too much noise around in their head lately.
If you join us, I’m certain it will give you the same sense of calm and clarity it gives me.
I’m looking forward to spending three simple, quiet days with a small group of good humans.
